What is Tulsa REIA?
The Tulsa Real Estate Investor Association (Tulsa REIA) is a professional organization dedicated to providing value and support to real estate investors in Tulsa and the surrounding areas. Tulsa REIA is the largest real estate network of its kind in Oklahoma and the Midwest Region, and is one of the largest in the country.
Through our comprehensive E.A.R.N. model (Education, Advocacy, Resources, and Networking), we promote high standards and best practices, and encourage our members to invest and operate ethically and responsibly.
Do I need experience or accreditation to join or attend events?
No. Tulsa REIA welcomes members of all experience levels. Whether you are a new or novice investor, seasoned professional, sophisticated investor, savvy investor, or accredited investor, Tulsa REIA provides valuable support for everyone.
Tulsa REIA is an excellent resource for beginners and those who haven’t started yet, but also for intermediate and advanced-level investors looking to further their real estate journeys.
What’s the difference between General and Paid Membership?
General Members gain access to our thriving public Facebook group and can purchase tickets to Tulsa REIA events individually.
Paid Members unlock premium benefits, including full access to the member website, our private Facebook group, free entry to monthly events, and exclusive discounts on tools, services, and trainings. We’re constantly expanding the list of perks for annual members.

How do I become a Paid Member, and what are the costs and benefits?
To become a Paid Member, visit the Membership Plans page on our website and choose the package that best fits your needs. How can I make the most of my membership?
Be engaged! To get the most out of your membership, attend monthly events, connect with other members online and in person, and take advantage of the educational tools, trainings, and discounts available to you.
Paid Members have access to exclusive resources in the Private Facebook Group and Member-Only section of the Tulsa REIA website, so check both regularly for updates.

Paid Members can check on the Private Facebook Group for Member-Only access codes for tickets to upcoming Tulsa REIA events.
Monthly meetings include SECOND THRSDAY and Lunch & Learn Series events. Additional events include casual networking events, workshops, classes, masterminds, tours, challenges, quarterly events, and special events throughout the year.
